National Grid recently announced it will donate $800,000 to eight Chambers of Commerce in Massachusetts to support local small businesses. The Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce will receive $100,000, which will then distribute in grants of $1,000 to 100 small businesses with fewer than 150 employees.
To be eligible for the grant, your business must:
- be based in Massachusetts
- have 150 or fewer employees
- be a National Grid Electric and/or Gas customer
Applications are now open via a Google Form through the link at the bottom of this page. All applicants will be required to upload their business’s 2023 W9 and most recent National Grid bill to prove current customer status. Awards will be granted to the first 100 eligible applicants in the order they were received.
